The Consultation and the Evaluation sessions are offered as complementary Coaching opportunities (both free of charge). The Consultation session will be an orientation session and the moment for us to connect, where we will identify the type of program and the package or workshop that best suits your needs. The Evaluation session is a session of retrospection to make sure you have anchored what has been achieved as a result of the coaching process.
The sessions can be done in English or Spanish, and I offer a lot of flexibility in regards to my availability (including out of office hours and weekends). Your preferences, the conditions and the program scheme will be discussed during the Consultation session.

The main focus of this workshop is on discovering the Enneagram as a self-awareness and team building tool: I use the perspective of this beautiful and complete system to develop a coaching session with a narrative approach. This works as an eye-opener and enlightens each individual and - in consequence - the team dynamics.
The session aims to create awareness of the 9 personality types and explore the 9 unconscious mechanisms/strategies behind our behaviours. The participants get the chance to explore their best expression as well as their shadows, determined by their type: through the path of growth influenced by each type and their arrows.
During the time set for this workshop, I provide a safe space, trustworthy conversations, professional and deep knowledge for an intensive group coaching session.
This is not only a personal opportunity but the audience also gets prepared to realise and understand the needs of others and therefore are able to connect at a deeper and a healthier level.
